STRATEGY
KaYing draws on her extensive experience as a seasoned nonprofit manager, community organizer, and public policy advocate to help nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurs build capacity to successfully achieve their mission and meet the needs of constituents. She provides technical assistance, workshops and interactive trainings.

KaYing is a sought-after public speaker on topics of social and gender justice, policy strategies, and the experiences of Hmong and other Asian American communities. COACHING
KaYing provides personalized one-on-one coaching to help individuals manage effectively and grow into their leadership potential. She offers a safe space to explore behaviors and strategies that address skills and changes rooted in racial and gender justice.
